              <text>Este profesor de Matemáticas y Estadística y Magíster en Matemática, educador y poeta nació en Santiago en 1946 y estudió matemáticas en la Universidad Técnica del Estado (actual Universidad de Santiago de Chile), donde se tituló en 1972. A partir de 1990 su actividad universitaria se extendió a la poesía. Su obra es amplia y cuenta con 11 libros. Especial relevancia tuvo su labor como director de talleres de poesía para universitarios, los cuales culminaron en sendas antologías. A ello se suma su participación en 8 antologías, dos de las cuales se hicieron en Lima (Perú), una en Barcelona (España), una en Barranquillas (Colombia), una en Bogotá (Colombia) y dos en Santiago (Chile). Desde octubre de 2015 y hasta su deceso fue profesor part time de poesía en la Universidad del Bío Bío, Algunos de sus libros son Entre gritos de luz; Gárgola. La aventura del espectáculo y Sonetos Peregrinantes, todos editados en Monterrey (México).</text>

Ha realizado múltiples talleres, conferencias, cuenta cuentos y actividades de mediación lectora en Chile y el extranjero, entre los que destaca ser la directora de los Encuentros de mediadores de lectura de la Región de Los Ríos, desde el 2010 a la fecha.&#13;
Escritora, narradora y co fundadora de la Compañía de cuenta cuentos Pajarísticas. También es parte de la Agrupación Arpilleristas de Angachilla y desarrolla actividades de cuenta cuentos con&#13;
otros libros textiles, escritos y elaborados por ella.&#13;
Como poeta ha publicado 6 libros, además de un ensayo crítico sobre poesía, un set de poemas postales ilustrados por Rosana Faría y algunos artículos divulgativos.</text>

                <text>Poemario de Daniela Senn -  En Extinción de Daniela Senn propone una materialidad textual interdisciplinaria cuyo relato, biografía híbrida que busca destruir y así rearticular su sustrato referencial de pastiche, insinúa el gesto lúdico del travestismo teórico, de las armas visuales y del residuo de la tentativa de una antropología poética en pos de reconstituir la taxonómica que se deduce tras al menos cuatro o cinco años regeneración de adoctrinamiento yippie en la clase humanística-antropofágica de nuestras universidades; es parodia - sin mácula-de sí misma, como pastiche de sí que asume los grandes relatos de la derrota, la que en esta autoría simplemente carece de sustancia ya que el discurso se nos constituye como un deseo que no exige legitimación alguna, ningún gesto fundador ni la erección de ninguna mitología del sujeto. Este material audiovisual tiene por objetivo entregar este trabajo a modo de un recurso didáctico, valorando las dinámicas a las cuales esta sujeta la urbanización del país.</text>

La primera, es un estudio titulado El espejo del olvido, donde se plantea una discusión general sobre la llamada “visión de los vencidos” y sobre el sentido de la Ilustración en América, ligando la historia colonial con una polémica contemporánea de filosofía de la historia, teoría política y teoría de la dominación.    La segunda parte es una transcripción de las Memorias de Juan Baustista Tupac Amaru, que constituye uno de los textos más apasionantes producidos en América. Esta transcripción reproduce la versión más cercana al manuscrito, hoy perdido.  En este texto se concentran las energías emocionales, políticas y militares de un indígena, opuestas al poder virreinal, pero no sólo eso, sino que también expresa, con una doble voz, los aciertos y desaciertos de la Ilustración europea en el Nuevo Mundo. Se trata de un texto que dice mucho más que el sentido directo de las palabras que lo componen e incluso más de lo que su propio autor pretendía, situándose en el momento crítico del contacto entre el derrumbe del Antiguo Régimen y el surgimiento de mundo moderno en América, el conjunto cruzado por revindaciones indígenas.</text>

                <text>Gabriel Guarda -   El Desarrollo Urbano es, sin duda alguna, un eslabón  lnvaluable en la cadena de crecimiento de una comunidad,  inserto en la búsqueda de resolución de las necesidades de su  gente relacionadas con el rescate y mantención de su identidad  patrimonial. Lo anterior toma aún mayor valor y relevancia en  Ciudad como la nuestra, con una historia de tan larga data  y una aruitectura de influencia europea pocas veces vista en  nuestro país, que además ha soportado estoicamente los más  embates con que la naturaleza demuestra su poderío y  nos recuerda que la conservación del patrimonio arquitectónico  y cultural no es una tarea fácil. Nuestra institución se ha  precupado constantemente de reforzar esta tarea, habiendo  dedicado importantes esfuerzos a la recuperación de obras de  gran valor patrimonial, que hoy llenan de orgullo a nuestra  ciudad y sus habitantes.  Es por ese compromiso que hemos querido ser parte de  este valioso trabajo que nuevamente involucra el esfuerzo y apoyo de importantes instituciones de la ciudad, además de la  dedicación, profesionalismo y acuciosidad de importantes ciudadanos, que creemos tendrá positivos efectos prácticos sobre su continuo  y vertiginoso crecimiento y desarrollo.    A fines del año 2007 me reuní con el Padre Gabriel Guarda en una sala blanca, donde sólo había dos sillas, enfrentadas una a la otra. En una breve y directa conversación, me expresó que tenía mucha información sobre la ciudad de Valdivia que deseaba entregar, que conocía de igual modo a los vivos que a los muertos y me sugirió la idea de, mediante la ayuda de estudiantes y profesores de arquitectura, realizar un libro sobre la historia urbana de Valdivia.    Para esto se programó la ejecución de un Workshop con estudiantes de IV año de urbanismo de la carrera de Arquitectura, el cual se realizó en abril del 2008. Se digitalizaron planos antiguos dibujados en "varas", luego se traspasaron al sistema métrico, a su vez éstos se superpusieron a la actual estructura urbana de Valdivia, analizándose los cambios producidos en el tiempo. También se realizaron visitas en terreno en el centro de la ciudad para encontrarse con rastros del pasado, ocultos al ciudadano común y al simple observador.  Fue un honor para nosotros tener la oportunidad de trabajar con el Padre Gabriel Guarda, cuyo ojo agudo junto a su modo tan generoso, ameno y didáctico para transmitir la historia de la ciudad, nos embarcó, a estudiantes y profesores, en una semana de entusiasta trabajo que culminó en esta bella, consistente y singular edición.
